Terms and Conditions

1. Owners must be transparent about their pet's health status. Sick pets must be immediately informed to us. We are still able to take in your pet (except if we are fully booked), but you must be clear due to our strict disease control cleaning protocols that we must follow.
2. If pet is found with fleas or tick, it is compulsory for the owner to add on flea or tick spray (RM10 for cats RM20 for dogs and maine coons).
3. Dogs or pups who would like to go for Free Roam Indoor stay must be well-behaved, fully potty trained and socialable. We advise that you take playpen or outdoor stay or private room stay for first time customers. You may chat with us about your intention to let your dog become ready to integrate as part of the pack for Free Roam Indoor Stay and we will help you to make them ready for it.
4. Cats or kittens who would like to go for Free Roam stay must be socialable and outgoing to avoid cat fights. Most importantly, must be healthy and do not have any contagious disease (eg. Fungus, Ringworm, FIP, Parvovirus, FCov, Sporo, Calici virus etc.). We have the right to move your cat to Sick Cat Boarding rates if your cat is found sick with a surcharge of sanitation fee - RM100.
5. Both cats and dogs who are going for Free Roam Stay must be fully vaccinated and the vaccination must be up to date to avoid outbreak of diseases.
6. For CatCare and DogCare Boarding, the display price is the base price. Meaning is not included for the medical administers ie. pilling, force-feeding, subcutaneous injections and subcutaneous IV drips. Rest assured there will be 24hr CCTV surveillance for CatCare and DogCare to ensure we are able to give a more well-rounded care. Your pets will be quarantined but will be given love and care to make sure they have their fighting spirit.
